Arlo Hotel Celebrates Groundbreaking in DC

Plaza Construction and Quadrum Global and Architecture Inc. celebrated the groundbreaking of Arlo Hotels' newest location on July 19, 2022, in Washington, DC.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Chairman and President Ning Yuan joined members of the development, construction and design team for the groundbreaking ceremony.

This unique project involves the restoration and preservation of DC’s oldest known surviving conventional apartment building — The Harrison apartments built in 1882 — and the construction of a 12-story structure to accommodate a 445-key hotel in the heart of northwest DC. When complete, The Arlo DC Hotel will mix two eras and feature guest rooms and suites, a restaurant and bar, an interior courtyard, a fitness center, neighborhood bodega and a rooftop lounge and pool.
