The Pulaski Skyway is a landmark structure in New Jersey which was opened to traffic in 1932. As an important part of Route 1&9, the bridge connects Jersey City, South Kearny, and Newark, and serves as an express link to and from the Holland Tunnel. According to the contract, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Civil needs to finish replacing the deck of the bridge in the northbound direction within 21-month, while making the least impact on the estimated 67,000 vehicles that use the bridge daily.
